HR graphics return policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is that every product that has been ordered can not be refunded after it has been printed or is already in the production process. This is because all our products are personalised and on demand. because of this we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the order has been made.
In case the order has not been taken in to the production process yet, we are willing to try and cancel the order. Keep in mind that his is not possible in every case.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless consulted with us first.
Complaints
In case you have a complaint you can mail this to: info@hrgraphics.nl, with the following information:
*Order number
*Reason of complaint
*Photo’s of the (damaged) goods
*Your name and address
We may ask you to return the product, if you don’t want to return the product or are unable to we have the right not to pay any refund or exchange.
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 365 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hrgraphics.nl .
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by are own fault. In case our product turns out to be broken upon delivery you must report this within 7 days after it has been delivered to qualify for a complaint research. If you don’t report this within 7 days after delivery we reserve the right to not take your complaint into consideration. After this point you have lost any right to a refund or exchange
